Hi! I’m your personal trainer Shaun!

Shaun has 20+yrs of Fitness Coaching experience of all kinds as well as 12 Years Coaching fitness program classes full time. This includes higher education in nutrition and human performance.

Shaun has competed in various strength sports including Strongman, fitness program, Highland Games, and Powerlifting.

Shaun specializes in science based training focusing on pain free performance and fitness longevity as well as performance.
