SUCCESS STORIES FROM OUR MEMBERS
I’ve been addicted to Crossfit for a while, and this gym has been more than anything I could’ve expected. My favorite is probably the programming, along with the capped classes which guarantees more personal coaching.
I am a 35 year old mother of 3 who has been active her entire life. Soccer, Swim Team, Marathons, ..etc. I started CrossFit 3 years ago in North Carolina. Within my two months of working with the trainers from CrossFit Tidal Wave (Shaun) it became glaringly clear how important experience is when coaching complex movements. Within those two months, I PR’d 3 of my lifts based on a few minor technical corrections that I had been doing wrong forever. I am glad I found such an experienced coaching staff on my little island.
The most positive, encouraging and bad ass workout I’ve ever been a part of – love this Crossfit Tidal Wave family!
