Why No Free Trial Classes for 1st Timers?
“Do you offer a free week/day/whatever?” It’s a question we’re asked daily. We’ve been around a long time and done hundreds, maybe even thousands, of free trials over the years. We’ve gotten away from free trials and it’s for a very important reason…Free trials are NOT good for our clients…any of them.
We pride ourselves on providing the best coaching and best workout experience. Throwing someone new into a free trial, that they may not be ready for, is irresponsible and just isn’t the right way to help someone reach their goals. A consultation to talk about your goals, health/injury history, concerns etc. is the ONLY way to really assess what will be best for you (This is the 30min No Sweat Intro). After that, then we can plan what path will best to help a client reach their goal in a safe and efficient and enjoyable manner. Not only do we want new or potential members to have a great experience but we want our current members to have the best possible experience. We often say “We want this to be the BEST hour of your day!”.
When an inexperienced person in put in a class, without us being prepared for it, not only does their experience suffer, but our valued current members don’t receive the attention they deserve. Whether you’ve been with us for years or if it’s the very first day on your new fitness journey, we strive to provide you with the SAFEST, most EFFECTIVE, and most FUN workout program anywhere. Free trials don’t help us reach any of those goals.
CrossFit Tidal Wave classes produce amazing results by effectively combining resistance training, bodyweight movements, running, rowing and other functional fitness movements. . Training sessions at CrossFit Tidal Wave are designed to push you and improve your fitness based on your starting ability meaning that anyone can take part. Sessions focus on proper execution of all movements to achieve an all round level of cardio fitness, strength and stamina.
