Home Fit: New At Home Program
PROGRAM BEGINS AUG 8TH
At CrossFit Tidal Wave we receive tons of requests for help from those either not close to our facility our travel quite a bit. This inspired us to design a monthly At Home Program where you can get great results in the comforts of your own home (or hotel).
This program will release 3 workouts a week (and one active recovery day) designed to produce the results you are looking for!
The workouts range from 10 mins to 30mins at the longest. Each workout will have an explanation video to accompany it describing the workout, intention of the workout, as well as Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced versions of each exercise.
How do I sign up?
Click the Link below and choose the Home Fit program. It is just $10 a month for our unique At Home programming.
What do I do now?
1. Make sure your email you want the program sent to is in your membership profile.
2. If you have a Facebook profile request to join HomeFit Galveston Private Group. We will release programming, videos, as well as foot questions inside this group for Member Only.
3. Programming will be released on Sunday to prepare you for the week.
4. We will also release one Fitness Homework project a week to help you move toward your goal!
Q: I am completely untrained? I have an injury? Can I do this?
A: Always consult a physician first but each workout will have beginner versions to get you started.
Q: How long will this take?
A: Most days the workout will take around 20mins to complete.
Q: I don’t have any equipment? Can I do this?
A: Yes! Some workouts will give kettlebell/dumbbell progressions to movements.
Q; Who is designing the workouts?
A: Our Head Coach will designing the At Home Programming. With over 20yrs of experience helping people of all walks of life reach their goals you will be in good hands.
Q: Can’t I just pull workouts up on Youtube?
A: Yes but you won’t receive direct contact with the coach online as well as we are quite confident we provide a workout method that while is tested in trenches is unique to the Tidal Wave training method.
