Teen Strength Program Galveston
Do you have a teen or “tween” that either needs some fitness in their life or needs to take their fitness to the next level?
Are you worried that they aren’t receiving adequate instruction in the weight room at school?
Let us help them ! With our highly experienced staff we will ensure that your child has a solid foundation to progress in all their athletic endeavors !
By the end of 4 weeks the athlete will have:
– A flexible, mobile, functional body: the foundation for injury resistance
– Useful strength: Strength is the foundation of explosiveness
– Knowledge of how to safely use weight equipment and lifting techniques including Bench Press, Deadlifts, Squats, Presses, etc.
– Knowledge of nutrition and how to fuel the athletic, growing body
– Confidence in him/herself
– Athletic based drills to make conditioning fun as well as functional
– Increased work capacity
Session: April 17th – May 10th
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Cost: $99 for 4 Weeks (8 Sessions)
