Quite simply, our mission at CrossFit Tidal Wave is this:
The CrossFit Tidal Wave conditioning program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. By centering our training within these domains we provide the opportunity and atmosphere for every student to excel and surpass their fitness goals while reducing their potential for injury. Remember this, ANY IDIOT CAN MAKE YOU TIRED, WE MAKE YOU BETTER!
With 12+yrs and 20,000+hrs of actual professional strength and fitness coaching, education and experience we will continue to be at the forefront of the SAFEST and most EFFECTIVE training techniques available. In CrossFit you are learning the most effective lifts ever incorporated in any fitness program. With that being said, if taught incorrectly and without the experienced eye to make minute changes to form for each individual these can be incredibly dangerous in the hands of inexperienced coaches.
At CrossFit Tidal Wave we also use a full movement screen pinpointing the movement deficiencies of each client ensuring we can correct any dysfunction before we have you perform any movement that could cause A. More dysfunction B. A new dysfunction.

6.) Humility – Humility is a hallmark of high character. We are humble so that everyone may feel welcome at our gym and within our community. No one cares about your time or the weight you lifted.
7.) Experience – We are not hobbyists. We were not pizza guys two weeks ago and decided to teach the most technical lifts on the planet without YEARS of coaching experience (nor should you pay for someone who was). We have over 20,000+ hrs of coaching experience working directly with clients of all ability levels.
